Harrison Cutler
Founder & Chairman
Harrison began his career in the Canadian Customs
Brokerage industry in the 1950's and went on to start a firm which was
later merged with and took on the name Delmar in late 1965. Many acquisitions
later and with a good helping of organic growth Delmar is now positioned
as one of the largest diversified Canadian logistics organizations.
Having removed himself from daily operations,
Harrison continues to nourish Delmar's remarkable growth as a mentor to his
sons, Robert & Paul. Harrison has trained and developed many talented
individuals throughout the years. Harrison resigned as Delmar's President
and appointed his eldest son, Robert to the post in September 2002.

Robert H. Cutler
President, CEO
Robert joined Delmar in 1982. He has been certified by
the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB), the Canadian International
Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) and International Air Transportation
Association (IATA). Robert was appointed President in September 2002,
retaining the role of CIO to ensure that Delmar continues to incorporate a
heavy emphasis on technology in its long-term corporate vision.
He has since sculpted Delmar into what is today arguably
one of the most technologically advanced global logistics service
providers. Delmar provides its customers with advanced connectivity,
systems integration and data visibility including wireless cargo management,
shipment tracking, document imaging processes and supplier and product
synchronization among many other unique technologies proprietary to Delmar.

Michael Wagen
Senior Vice-President, COO
Michael Wagen, joined Delmar in 1978 and has been instrumental in
development and growth.
He is a professional licensed Canadian Customs Broker, and
Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport. Michael is responsible for the
management of freight and customs operational systems as well as the affairs
of "TradeAid" Delmar's consulting entity.
Michael has represented many importers before the Canadian
International Trade Tribunal on a wide selection of commodity tax issues. He has
served on a variety of government task force committees and is currently Senior
Vice-President.

Paul Cutler
Vice-President, Public Relations
Paul is a Professional Licensed Customs Broker, a Graduate of
the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association and holds an MBA
from McGill University. He has extensive experience in the South American
and Mediterranean trade lanes.

Barclay Hurley
Vice-President Finance, C.F.O.
Barclay Hurley joined Delmar's finance department in 2002
as Special Projects Director.
In December 2003, Barclay was appointed
Vice-President Finance, and today is mandated as head of Finance and
Administration for the Delmar Group. Prior to joining Delmar, Barclay
served 5 years in public accounting practice, most recently at BDO
Dunwoody LLP, specializing in the field of audit, corporate and personal
taxation, as well as financial analysis.
Barclay is a Chartered Accountant, holds a B.A.A.
from L'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, and is certified by the Canadian
International Freight Forwarder's Association.

Robert Lapointe
Vice-President, Business Development
Robert joined Delmar International in December 2007 through
the acquisition of the company he founded and successfully operated for over 12
years; Prestige International Inc.
He has over 25 years of experience in the Freight
Forwarding industry.
As Vice-President of Business Development at Delmar
International Canada, his responsibilities include national sales.
Robert also continues to serve as an Executive Director on
the board of FFSI., which Prestige was a member of since 1997. FFSI is a
network of freight forwarders with over 90 network offices representing 62 countries
and more than 180 cities.
Education; Graduated in 1983 Programmer CNC (Control Numeric
on SNC) He is also certified by both the Canadian International Freight Forwarders
Association (CIFFA) and International Air Transportation Association (IATA)
Radioactive & Dangerous goods.

Carmine DiFruscia
Director, National Customs Services
Carmine DiFruscia has over 32 years of experience in
the Industry.
He held the position of Vice-President, Transportation
at Fritz, a UPS Company, is a founding Director of the Canadian Courier
Association and a former member of the Customs Consultative Committee to
the Deputy Minister for the Customs Commercial System. Carmine currently
holds the position of Director National Customs Services, Canada.

Dan McArthur
Director, National Freight Services
Dan joined Delmar in 1979 as Manager of Airfreight Operations.
With the merge of Delmar's Quebec operations in 1998, he was promoted to
Freight Manager for the Montreal office. In April 2004, Dan was further
promoted to National Freight Director. He is a graduate of IATA's &
CIFFA training programs and also holds a Professional Custom Brokers
license.

Fouad Menassa
Managing Director, Ontario Operations
Having recently joined Delmar, Mr Menassa has over
35 years of experience in the fields of transportation and logistics.
He began his career with Lufthansa in Germany and later
worked with the airline in Cairo Egypt. Soon after immigrating to Canada he
joined a major multi-national freight forwarder. Over the next two decades
he served as a senior executive for two major multi-nationals and
diversified his expertise to cover Ocean freight, among other disciplines.
Fouad is a graduate of the McGill college business
management institute.

Jeff Huynh
Vice-President, British Columbia Operations
Jeff has over 20 years of international transportation
experience.
He formerly held the position of Senior Account Manager,
servicing the Ontario Region. Jeff is fluent in eight languages
including English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin, German & Vietnamese.
Jeff is a Professional Licensed Customs Broker and has extensive
experience in international freight logistics.

Jim McEwan
Director, National Export Freight
Jim began his career in the United Kingdom where
he was involved in all aspects of International Freight Forwarding
including air, sea, overland and project cargo movements. He joined Delmar in
2005 and as National Export Director is responsible for the development
and continued growth of Delmar's Export Product offerings.
As a former member of BIFA and the Institute of Export,
he gained in-depth experience in both operational and sales management
techniques. His additional experience as a Director within two multi-national
Freight Forwarding companies also includes the building of ISO procedures
and CRM programs within a global environment.

Bill Julich
President
Bill Julich remains one of the U.S. Transportation
Industries' most influential figures.
Bill sits on N.C.B.F.A.A. National Committee and is a
past president of JFK Brokers Association. He currently holds the post of
Chairman. At the invitation of U.S. Customs, Bill sits as industry
representative on the National Committee relating to Nationwide compliance
and drawback policy. These committees dictate policy between U.S. Customs
and the U.S. Commercial sector.

Robert Iny
Vice-President, Freight Operations
Bob brings over 25 years of cargo airline and
freight forwarding experience to Delmar.
He is instrumental in carrier selection and
carrier relations for Delmar, as well as the day to day management of
Delmar's sea freight terminal at our Edison, N.J. facility.

Teresa Manasia Terrill
Vice-President, Sales Administration and Public Relations
Teresa has 25 years experience in all facets of
our industry.
Her background includes managing the day to day import and
brokerage operations for a multi-national forwarder, as well as the start up
and sales development of the Italian/USA traffic lane. She was also
the leading force in the creation of Delmar International (N.Y.) Inc.
As Vice-President, her responsibilities include sales
for national accounts, the administration of daily budgetary policy, and staff
development. She has set high standards for the USA staff. Teresa is
constantly monitoring, and improving our quality assurance procedures
to ensure customer satisfaction.

Daniel Woodcock
Director, Freight Operations
Daniel Woodcock joined the Delmar organization in 2004.
As the Director of Freight Operations in the US he is responsible for
US freight management and works extensively on development of processes,
staff training, and systems integration for US operations.
Prior to joining Delmar, Daniel worked for a multi-national
German manufacturer in Controlling, International Project Logistics, and
Customs Compliance.
Daniel holds a B.S. in International Business from
Elizabethtown College, and is a member of the World Trade Organization ("WTO").
He lived in Germany and is fluent in German.

Marty Alexander
Managing Director, Atlanta
Mr. Alexander entered the Logistics Industry in 1982, shortly thereafter he was station manager in Atlanta for a major multinational logistics company. Martin has since held various senior management positions and has worked for a variety of logistics organizations throughout southeastern United States.
He holds a Masters Degree in Music and an International Maritime Organization (IMO) DGR Certificate for transportation of dangerous goods by ocean.

Stefan M. Becker
Managing Director, Los Angeles
Stefan graduated with a Master's Degree in Economics and
Transportation from the Berufsakademie in Mannheim and acquired invaluable
international exposure during the past twenty years, while living and working
in Germany and the United States.
Stefan previously held key managerial positions with
prominent freight forwarding companies located in Los Angeles, Miami and most
recently in Houston, Texas and is well versed in all aspects of logistics
solutions and international transportation services.

Alex Wang
Managing Director, President
Alex Wang (Partner) - has over 14 years of extensive
international transportation experience.
He has held the position of Managing Director of a Chinese
based multi-national for the past several years. Alex has specific expertise
in Far East Trade Lanes and is currently a sitting member of the Shandong
International Freight Forwarders Association of China.

Jane Zhao
Shanghai Manager
Jane Zhao (Partner) - has been employed in the field
of International Freight Forwarding since 1997.
Jane has been directly responsible for the management of
both International Air and Ocean operations as well as business development.
Based in Shanghai China for the majority of her career, Jane has excellent
organization and managerial skills and extensive operational experience.
An excellent public relations and communication resource, Jane is fluent in
English and several Chinese dialects.

Beijing Manager
Michael Feng (Partner) - Fluent in English, Mr. Feng has
over a decade of extensive international transportation experience with
multi-national forwarding companies.
Michael has held the position of District Manager for
the last 5 years in Beijing overseeing International Airfreight development
for the region. Michael is licensed by Air China and is International
Freight Sales certified. He has received extensive training in international
logistics and has direct experience and success in global project management
and multi-national tenders.

Tianjin Manager
Merry Kong (Partner) - Fluent in English and Chinese,
Merry has over 12 years of International Transportation experience.
Merry formerly held the position of branch manager for a
multi-national logistics company in Tianjin. Merry hold a masters
degree in science specific to International Shipping & Transport
Logistics from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Merry has formidable
managerial skills and extensive experience in International Freight
Forwarding & Logistics.

Dalian Manager
David Yang (Partner) - has over 14 years of experience
in International Transportation.
David has two years of experience as Chief Representative
for a Hong Kong based Forwarding company and twelve years as General Manager
for a multi-national logistics company branch in Dalian, China. He has
extensive knowledge of the North-Eastern China market and has developed
excellent conduits with both international and local airlines and steamship
carriers.
