Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) - Chile Ratification

The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) entered into force for Chile on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, becoming the tenth of eleven countries ratifying the agreement. 

Qualifying goods entering Canada are entitled to Tariff Treatment 33. 

All Delmar clients who are presently sourcing their products from Chile and have a valid CPTPP certification of origin will begin receiving duty free benefits.
