Implementation of the New Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement
The new Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA) has come into force on July 1st, 2024.
The new CUFTA agreement replaces the original FTA agreement with Ukraine from 2017. The modernized agreement includes dedicated new chapters on trade in services, financial services, investment, temporary entry for business people, telecommunications and inclusive trade.
