Resumption of Operations at the Port of Montreal
Further to our previous notice, the situation at the Port of Montreal progressed towards a planned resumption of operations.
Following the order from the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB), the Montreal Port Authority (MPA) confirms that operations will be able to resume across all terminals at the Port of Montreal on Saturday, November 16, starting at 7 AM ET.
Impact on Port Operations
Though delays are to be expected, the MPA is working closely with all its port and intermodal partners to implement a recovery plan enabling them to return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
