Delmar Acquires CV Logistics Inc.

MONTREAL, Oct. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CV Logistics is a Canadian company, established in 1991 by Claude and Sandra Vincent.  In recent years the founder’s son, Derek Vincent, has assumed the leading role and has driven the organizations’ growth,  expanding it from a primarily Canada - U.S focused ground transportation service provider to servicing Mexico in addition to a wide range of shipping verticals. 

Delmar Chief Operating Officer Michael Wagen noted that

While most existing CV staff will remain at their current facilities, the CV executive management team will relocate to Delmar’s headquarters in Lachine Quebec.

The acquisition of CV logistics follows up on Delmar’s recent purchase of Montreal-based Airtrades Freight Forwarders and a majority stake in Cobrac Log in Brazil.
