The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) project has announced that they are targeting an implementation date for CARM Release 2 in October 2023.  

Over the next year, they will focus on preparing for upcoming changes. To support a smooth transition, the CARM simulation Experience (CES) will allow volunteers from the trade community to simulate Release 2 business processes with CBSA business users in a non-production environment. The CES is expected to run from February to June 2023.  

The CBSA will continue to keep Trade Chain Partners informed.
